Further interpretations include, initiative, success, beneficence; while reversed it can mean waste, overindulgence, and vacillation. Aside from her continual inability to clean up winter on time, she seems to be doing a good job managing Ponyville - not to mention the fantastic construction crew on hand to rebuild the town after every other episode.
